Leaving Messages For Customers

It is very frustrating to receive an answer phone message from a large corporation that simply says “This is Lisa from XX (International Airline) please call us when you hear this”. This what I picked up from my home answer phone – there are probably several Lisa’s in the company, there is no number to call (I know they have several) or any reference of any kind!

If your agents make outbound calls, have a script for leaving messages or train them on what details to leave.
