We have seen a number of companies really struggle to replace a tried and true application that has been running the business for 10-15 years and are trying to go to something modern, only to find out that they don’t have nearly the capabilities that they used to have.
There are a lot of technologies on the market right now that can help people leverage there existing systems as opposed to having to rip them out and replace them. I would look at all those opportunities before I would go straight to replacement. -David Holmes, Video Vice President, Jacada
