Intel appeals E.U.'s $1.3 billion antitrust fine

Intel this week presented an array of arguments to the E.U. General Court against a massive ?1.06 billion ($1.3 billion) fine imposed by Europe's antitrust regulators. In 2009, the European Commission fined Intel for using rebates to block rivals.
