Utilize Time and Money Saving Tools
There are many ways to keep costs at a minimum, and none help more than utilizing one of these tools during the scheduling process. New software, for example, can cut costs drastically. Eliminate the pencils, paper, spreadsheet, and - most importantly - the guessing game, and witness the increase in profitability. We're talking hundreds of hours saved - a striking number when you consider the time and effort put into putting together a schedule. In order to properly see the difference, analyze the costs both before and after you change your scheduling practices.
